Heaven & Oatmeal

Happy Saturday. Today has been spent running errands in the rain with my awesome roomie. When it is raining I love to curl up on the couch and watch some friends! Today, we decided to check out a new cozy coffee shop while it was raining.
Want to know what is perfect when it is cold and rainy? Freaking Oatmeal. In the summer, I am ALL about smoothie bowls, but as soon as it drops below 60 degrees it's basically fall for me. So, when fall hits I break out the loaded oatmeal. Nothing quite warms up my soul like a loaded oatmeal bowl full of goodies.

Freaking yum right? I know. It looks so tasty, and even tasted better then it looks! These are so easy, and will leave you feeling full for hours.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup oatmeal (your choice!)
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp of freshly brewed coffee
- 1 tsp of organic maple syrup
- 1 tbs of cinammon
- 1 handful strawberries, sliced
- 1 banana, chopped
- 1 handful of granola (I prefer the Bear Naked brand)
- Coconut chips
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- top it with agave
How to:
This is literally so easy. Follow the instructions on your oatmeal, stir in your milk of choice, spices, etc and then top it! I promise you won't be disappointed.
