{SMOOTHIE} For Fast Mornings

Hi all—

happy wednesday! It’s been a while (I feel like I always say that), but I’ve been traveling, dealing with finals and not having time for anything.

Currently: taking a road trip in California, and we’re in route to Joshua Tree!

I am the WORST meal preper... seriously. I hate to meal prep, I’m not sure why but I do. 

So when I stumbled on this nice smoothie recipe, that literally has 4 ingredients... it is perfect for your on the go busy morning! I don’t know about you, but I don’t get up for my day until the last possible second. So if you’re anything like me, you need this recipe in your life.



  1. 1 frozen banana
  2. 1 handful of frozen spinach
  3. 1 cup milk (I use almond milk)
  4. 1 tbs peanut butter


  1. Put all your ingredients in a blender and blend to smooth

If you have time you should make this a smoothie bowl. Top it with your favorite granola, fruits and sweetener.
