{Vegan} Avocado Creama

Hi friends, 

Happy hump day! Currently I am thriving at a cute little coffee shop, while Frank Sinatra is playing in the background. And it is raining. Can you picture anything more perfect? Yeah, me neither. 

Anywhooo, yesterday was taco Tuesday. If you know anything about me, it is that mexican food is my go to meal because its seriously so easy. You can just throw some cinnamon and cumin on your veggies, meat, whatever and it tastes so yummy. 

Lately, I have been searching for a perfect little topper. I got a little tired of my favorite greek yogurt and hot sauce topper, and wanted something more chilling. So when I tell you this is a four ingredient topper that will cool down your spicy food, I mean it. 

Ingredients

  1. 1 avocado, halved and pitted 
  2. 1 squeeze of lime
  3. 1 cup yogurt of choice (I used vegan coconut yogurt from Whole Foods)
  4. salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Wow, brace yourselves. You literally just put the ingredients in a blender, and blend until it is smooth and the texture you desire. I added a little hot sauce because why not?

 

I live for Taco Tuesday, and I hope everyone can try this easy-peasy taco topper next Tuesday.
